Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Place the part in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned part, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
